CNC Machining Quality Control

Our CNC shops inspect parts using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for full dimensional verification, surface roughness testers (Ra, Rz), and optical comparators for complex profiles. First Article Inspection (FAI) with full dimensional report is standard for new parts. Statistical Process Control (SPC) with Cpk ≥ 1.33 is maintained for production runs.
