Phenolic (PF): electrical, heat-resistant (Class H 180C). Melamine (MF): tableware, decorative. Urea (UF): closures, electrical. DAP (diallyl phthalate): military, high reliability. Polyester: cheaper general purpose. Typical molding: preheat material (75-100C), mold temp 150-175C, pressure 200-500 kg/cm2, cure 2-5 min. Post-cure (optional) improves heat resistance.
