Process Steps
- Pretreatment: degrease, phosphate
- Dry: 80-120°C, 10-15 min
- Apply: electrostatic spray gun
- Cure: 180-200°C, 10-20 min
- Cool, inspect, package
Common Defects
- Orange peel: adjust flow/temperature
- Pinholing: check pretreatment
- Poor adhesion: verify phosphating
- Fat edges: reduce voltage, adjust distance
Color Options
RAL standard. Most suppliers stock 20-30 colors. Custom: 3-5 days. Finishes: gloss (70-95°), semi-gloss, matte, textured, metallic, anti-bacterial. Typical cost: ¥8-25/kg including labor.
