Process Steps

  1. Pretreatment: degrease, phosphate
  2. Dry: 80-120°C, 10-15 min
  3. Apply: electrostatic spray gun
  4. Cure: 180-200°C, 10-20 min
  5. Cool, inspect, package

Common Defects

Color Options

RAL standard. Most suppliers stock 20-30 colors. Custom: 3-5 days. Finishes: gloss (70-95°), semi-gloss, matte, textured, metallic, anti-bacterial. Typical cost: ¥8-25/kg including labor.
