Stamping Quality Control

Our stamping suppliers follow rigorous QC procedures based on ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Each production run includes first article dimensional inspection (CMM or optical comparator), in-process checks at defined intervals with control charts (SPC), and final inspection with sampling per AQL standards. Material certifications are provided from the steel mill or coil supplier for traceability.
