Injection Molding

Full-service injection mold manufacturing from single-cavity prototypes to multi-cavity production tools. Hot runner, gas-assist, insert molding, and overmolding. Steel selection from P20, H13, S136, NAK80 to 2343 ESR. Typical lead time 25-45 days.

Die Casting

Aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloy tooling built to NADCA/ISO standards. Hot and cold chamber processes. Conformal cooling, trim dies, slide cores. Parts from 5g to 30kg with Flow-3D simulation on complex tools.

Metal Stamping

Progressive, transfer, and compound dies for automotive, appliance, and electronics. Press capacity 25-2000 tons. Pitch accuracy 0.003mm. High-strength steel 980MPa+ capability. In-die tapping, welding, and assembly.

CNC Machining

3/4/5-axis milling and turning on Mazak, DMG MORI, and Okuma. Tolerance IT5-IT6. Materials: aluminum 6061/7075, stainless 304/316L, titanium Ti-6Al-4V, PEEK, Delrin, tool steels HRC62. On-machine probing.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

6kW laser cutting, CNC punching, precision bending to 6m. TIG/MIG/laser/robotic welding. Powder coating (RAL), anodizing (Type II/III), electroplating. ISO 2768-m standard.

Other Processes

Extrusion tooling, forging dies, CIM, rubber compression molds, blow molds, vacuum forming. Prototyping via SLA/SLS/DMLS/SLM.

Quality & Inspection

CMM (Zeiss), optical comparators, hardness testers, roughness testers (Mitutoyo), X-ray. FAIR with PPAP/IMDS documentation. Heat treatment, vacuum nitriding, PVD coating.
