Process Steps

  1. Feedstock Mixing: Metal powder (60-70% vol) + binder (40-30% vol)
  2. Injection Molding: Same equipment as plastic injection
  3. Debinding: Solvent or thermal removal of binder
  4. Sintering: 1100-1400C to achieve 95-99% density
