Step 3: Evaluate

Review certifications, request samples, conduct factory audit for critical suppliers.

Step 4: Negotiate & Contract

Negotiate price, payment terms (30% deposit / 70% before shipment), sign written contract.

Step 5: Production & QC

First article approval, in-process inspection, pre-shipment inspection.

Step 6: Logistics

Arrange shipping, customs clearance, final delivery. Keep all documentation.
